Dear Graalians,
I would just like to start out saying a few things, those who have choose to follow Gameo have either of the two problems:

1) A problem with me personally that i could never improve because you never contacted me.

2) Low self confidence that you are actually AFRAID of having your own ideas and fighting against someones popularity groups.

My Problem:
Some people on graal these days tend to think more of power and the satisfying feeling they can get hurting staff feelings after they work so hard. Now i will myself admit some graal staff themselves do it for the power, but i do not. I answer over 300 emails a day and all the emails going to [email protected] go to me. I answer over 500 icqs incoming a day from several 100 users. I answer over 3,000 RC PMS a day, change playerworld passwords, investigate playerworlds for illegal content, give unixmad a updated .txt of the staff progress, answer staff probelms with other players/staff, help head administrator fix their teams, get information on new graal version bugs, answer over 100 WEBCP REPORTS a day incoming, change playerworld ftp passwords, meet in playerworld owners, answer player requests (over 1,000 a day).

In Conclusion to this problem:
To say I DO IT FOR THE POWER or i AM corrupt shows that person is totally blind to everything i work for. How do you think i feel? I COME ON here and get harrased after i work so hard for nothing. DO YOU KNOW how that makes me feel? I GUESS NOT and I GUESS SOME OF YOU HAVE to be THAT RUDE TO INCREASE your own self esteem. AND if you think im corrupt go to stefan or go to unixmad and ask them what i do for graal, ask them the things i go through. Let me add one more thing, I DO not do this for me. I do this so you everyone can experience what i once did and still am!

My 2nd Problem:
No, i don't get paid graalians. I get nothing. I do it for the love of some of the players on that game and for my friendship with some of the most caring staff.

In Conclusion to this problem:
To think i get payed is absurd and if you want proof go email stefan.

My 3rd Problem:
The recent trouble on the boards, I have made mistakes in my life no doubt. We all have. AND TO DEPICT MY CHARACTER on one mistake on the rules is totally absurd. How dare you tell people who i am or i am not. I regret that I have made a mistake with the forum rules. I apologize but lets get something staright I UNBANNED tybalt for cursing on the forums and i was hearing two different forms of rules from the leaders of graal.

In Conclusion to this problem:
I PITY the people who depict one persons character based on a few events throughout a staff members history. I have stress from graal and this will cause me to make mistakes and there is nothing i can do.

My 4th Problem:
You comment on my spelling? We'll im sorry, i type to fast and thats my problem not yours. I need to get things done everyday on graal, i have NO VACATION, so there is no time to type slower. I'm am stupid i hear some say, Thats why i'm going to princton university in 2 years on a scholorship i recieved in 9TH GRADE. If you have problem with me you come talk to me directly instead of just complaining. Do you know SOME OF the most retarted people are smarter then all of us?

In Conclusion to this problem:
If you are not mature enough to talk to a person directly when you have a problem with them maybe you should growup.

My Final Conclusion
Graal hurts inside sometimes i must admit, to see people not thankful or atleast considerate for letting me do what i can do. I will continue work for graal because its not for those people that cannot be understanding. ITS FOR the people who i talk to everyday WHo are LIKE I, WHO ARE LIKE STEFAN, WHO ARE LIKE UNIXMAD, WHO ARE LIKE EACH AND EVERYONE OF US, WHO ARE JOINED TOGETHER FOR THIS GAMING experience. I will not forget some of you, because you really do make my day, whether this is a game or not. If you have a problem with me I am sorry for this and maybe you are to blind to understand or maybe i hurt one of you in a indirectly. For this I APOLOGIZE, i am not perfect.

I never liked Gameo and I never even tried to fit in with anyone, i just always do my own thing whenever i can. I know Stan has a big problem with the popularity groups and is against them. You were always one of my role-models back about 6 months ago when i was a newbie, Mr. Bear, The Game was, but over time i came head to head with the fact that he's a complete jackass. I agree with you, man.

Being afraid of having my own ideas and fighting against more popular groups? I almost always have my own ideas (sometimes they're influenced by other people, though), and I don't really even like Gameo, to tell you the truth.

Bear, I apologize to you for the masses and stuff. The people on Graal had me convinced to going against you. It was kinda partly boredom, too, though I should have handled it some other way.

I don't know what else to say right now.

first of all the title of this thread is very insulting, and is now reason #123832532 i will not resubscribe to graal.

you say you do all this work but in the other thread majority of the "graal popularity" are all curious as to what you really do.
and if i do remember correctly, you did not help out elven lands when they needed their ftp password changed in desperate times.

also i do not hate you because gameo does. gameo and i have never gotten along, and most likely never will. so do not say i am following him.

simple mistakes like banning a person from the game for cussing on the forums should get you fired. people pay for this. and if you do a search on whatever you would consider a cuss word you would be quite surprised with the results.

ug what is this about friendship with caring staff? i believe you one mentioned you had no friends here because of your "job".

final note, if you cannot take the heat, then quit. you are only a CHILD, you do not need this.

i could really care less what you do to gameo or tybalt, but tybalt cursed at Geovanie for things that he is careless about and he does not do his job.

I was mad at you the other day because you threatened to take away people's instruments if they playered during your "concert" and i found that to be very corrupt and wrong. You also make RC accounts for many people that don't need them and that is a sign of being corrupt.

I do not wish to cause problems, yet since I believe I was the first (and perhaps the only one) to comment on your spelling I will this. I type fast also Bear, around 80-100 words per minute (changing depending on what I am doing). I also have to get things done usually in a short ammount of time, yet do you see me making constant spelling mistakes? Do you see me make constant errors in my punctuation? Of course not, because even though I do type fast, and most of the time get ahead of my computer I still can spell, and punctuate correctly 95% of the time. I do understand though that some mistakes can be made when you type fast, but the ammount of mistakes I've seen you make, would make one HIGHLY doubt that it is simply because you type fast. Now, as for you going to Princeton on this scholarship you got when yo uwere in ninth grade...what purpose does that serve to bring up? It can't be proven and I have no reason to believe that is true. Some things, such as that are better left unsaid, just like some subjects. Now, the comments made about you seem you have effected you, because had they not this post would not be here. I'm sorry, but you shouldn't have made this post, it has lowered further my faith in you. You should not let comments effect you as that hampers how well you do your "job", and you do not show maturity in the title of this thread, nor in how you worded some things. I am losing interest in graal more and more because of new RC's, and many people complaining about the money problem. I will not play as much anymore because of all the "Crap" that is going on nowadays. We don't need half of the things that there are on graal right now like police, 50 people with RC, PW management team(all they need to do is test PW's). We need Stefan, 3 people to help him regulate and maybe 1 or 2 sub catagories to help them with some stuff. I wish that 2001 would go back to what it was before all the new things were added where it was just fun and not extremely agrivating.

This happens EVERY time an uncorrupt GOOD admin gets a job. Everybody complains, moans and groans, then goes on to accuse them of doing things and blames him/her for their server problems. Know what happens? That good admin quits! Also, corrupt staff and admins drive that person to leave. What matters with an admin is that they do their job, no questions asked, then, if they have time, they help the people who ask for assistance, easy as that. Now, they don't need to be cool and they don't need to conform, but according to Gameo & Co. they do, but who are they to set the standards? I, for one, think they're just another bunch of players who think they're hot stuff. My whole point is that everyone should sit down, shut up, let the admin do his or her job, and complain when an extremely serious problem arises instead of "oh, somebody took my money.. whaaa you're not doing your job!".
