When you have a complaint about actions taken against you, or unfair / unbecoming of a GP/Admin resist the urge to post on forums! There is a medium in-which your complaints can be accumalted, and noticed by the correct superior's in order to ensure the greatest quality of service! Indeed, I speak of the new and [amazingly] improved,

Yes, I know this medium must be unknown to you, and I know you must be wondering, "What are the perks to using this system, oh Great Savior"? Well, sirs, I am here to save you from your lack of knowledge!
1) Your tickets remain flagged until somebody views it! Meaning not only do you KNOW when somebody unflags it, but you also get it viewed by the CORRECT people for handling such complaints!
2) Your tickets cannot be closed by anybody! They are either dismissed by an answer, or looked into while being answered! Terrific news! The people who monitor the tickets do not play GK! (to my knowledge)
