I'm requesting a global ban

My account e-mail has been hijacked from me, and he changed the password, followed by changing my graal password. I have had my account banned on graal2002 so he couldn't get to my items. Enjoi321 is his account name.. its too bad that it had to come to this because i had paid money that i worked for, and now i have to leave because I don't have anymore money to give to wasting time getting items, again. I enjoyed my two week usage of my account before it was taken away from me.. I met alot of people, which was really nice, I don't see anyone during the summer, being on graal kind of made me not so depressed about my life. This hopefully will not be the end of my time on graal, i'm sure i'll show up someday. I hope everyone stays safe and healthy. Thanks for the memories.

I think there is a way to change ur email if u have the things u were supposed to save when u bought the account.

It's http://support.cyberjoueurs.com/support/ , but http://support.graalonline.com/ redirects to it now anyway.

Does'nt work. There's a bug or it's being worked on more.

? What are you talking about. It works.

Also, I thinnk he's referring to the same way it's always been done, via the support center or emailing Spark with paypal receipt....which works too.

I just changed the email for this account two days ago through Graalonline.com. I didn't have to use the support center. You just need your old email address, account name, and the Transaction ID that GraalOnline sends you when you upgrade your account.

Sorry (I'm really tired right now) , i was reffering to the Graal Online email change function. Did'nt work for me so i figured it was down or something other. And also i thought he was reffering to the GraalOnline email change from the site.
