i need my graal online server activated i just bought it at night on a weds day are monday i don't remmber and if i don't get it soon i well send a complaint saying i have to pay for something i didn't get to use

Sorry, I only run the Internet, not the Graal Online servers. You will have to wait for a Graal Online staff member for that.

You will get what you paid for, because the online time does not start until the playerworld is put online. Also, you will have to wait for this to be activated.
