Non-Kingdom Member Houses..?

I am pondering wether or not to group all of the NON-Kingdom members houses in one large city, possibly two cities with fortification around them. It would be a privilege as a Pirate to have your house anywhere on the island. My main motive for doing this is uniformity on the island. I need people to vote on it please.

-High Architect Matt LaMeat of Westford

(houses with fortifications around them that look like they put time into it will not be moved to prevent argument and dispute.)

I dont think it really matters. When I lead Forest and Astri I charged a tax if you wanted to build your house anywhere though.

I've attached a copy of Crescent Isle that shows various areas on the Isle, Non-Kingdom houses have been placed in the area of Midland Village on the southend of the Isle, but I'm not opposed to charging a form of tax for non-kingdom housing to be granted in other areas of the Isle. Nails, Stone, wood, logs or even Cannonballs in sufficient quantities would be grand as well as other items of value (diamonds, alchemy items or the like) would be acceptable as well. These collections can then be put forth to rebuild areas of the Kingdom that might be in need.
