To get technical....
30.1% of the houses on Pirate Island are that of foreigners.
29.0% Have 50% constitution or Less
12.9% Have 25% constitution or Less
House population expected in one week: 90-91

If your house is below 50% you need to repair it. Later I will offer repairs to your house if you donate supplies or pay for the service.
