Default Ranks

I think on the kingdom's gui, you should be able to enter text for 'default' rank, and when you type a rank that doesn't exist, it uses the default rank...

changing that would require K, and changing the name of the rank in the tree would require K instead of R (or people with R could break the dependancy) - and you could then give A right without G right if you want people to recruit without setting new and old alike to various lvls of promotion

Or even better, make the G right to where you can't promote somebody to a position with the K right unless the promoter has the K right himself
Actually, now that I think of it, it's not better
but I would like that one installed as well
