You can get "rarer" items from monsters if you have higher luck.

This seems kind of silly, but I thought I'd see if anyone else had heard about this...

Seems logically accurate... luck could be a factor programed into the random item drop code *for the monsters set items it can drop* like raising the chances . whatever % for a map to fall... ect

Luck affects almost everything, that's why Balor and Bile have slight disadvantages there. That's also why luck-1 for a week for every player killed would drastically decrease playerkilling

Lol the price of brutals would clime ever higher, because the Peekayers couldn't get any themselves at all after a while, so we could charge more (although the whole economy is lame o_o)...either that or people would just not bother to level up anymore because their uber leeto powarfulness wouldn't mean anything $
