Unique fonts

I see all theese really nice fonts in peoples signatures. HOW DO I MAKE THEM?!? All PS7 has is regular crappy fonts, unless the cool ones are hiding. Or do you have to make it yourself, OR is there another program that has cool fonts example is attached. Cool text is circled for you cool kids out there.

They probably take regular fonts then do different things to them in photoshop, like use filters and things... etcetc.

Cool Fonts Here
Download the fonts you want and put them in your fonts directory. Usually C:/Windows/Fonts (You will have to unzip/tar the fonts first using winzip or winrar) then you open up a program such as Paint Shop Pro or Adobe photoshop and add filters and such to them to give them that effect. I hope this helps.
