Restoration + Trade Table Bug

As some of you know I lost all my items when about to give all of them away using the trade table. I put all my items in a bag and put it on the trade table. When I decided i was not going to trade them to that person, I hit decline. All of my items got stuck in the trade table. I have yet to get them back.

I've Graal PMed Stefan 2 times and both times he said to Forum PM him. I forum PMed him both times. In about a 3 weeks I have sent about 4 Forum PMs, i have yet to even get a response.

Yes, that is a known bug, but what does that have to do with restoration?

Stefan said he would infact restore me, but he was busy both times I talked to him so to send him a forum PM. Since he has not replied to any of my Forum PMs I thought that a thread might catch his attention.

You know, itd be impossible to list all the people who have lost things, then been promised that they will be given back, then shrugged away....

Heres a list of the people who got restored!!

IamFlinder

WOOT!!! Debug access my friend... thats whats gets him to restore you. Otherwise, keep forum pming, use Graal Support Desk, or even try asking other Staff to relay the message.

IamFlinder doesn't even have access yet. His problem was easy to track. It's almost impossible to check if someone is right when he says someone else stole items, or lost it legally and want to dupe the item. So it takes a lot of time to check the thing, possibly find a backup of the account where the items are on the account since it is hard to restore items and add all the good stats to them. The best is to help us fixing the bug so that it doesn't happen to other people, then find the players that stole the items, try to get that player to give the items back, or transfer it by staff tools (RC).
I am sorry that it sometimes takes quite a lot of time to solve such problems.

In general, to lose some weight and keep better track of items. In this case, probably to avoid placing a large number of items on the tables.
