K you can start using your brain again now, satrek. When, in the present day, is this EVER likely to happen?
Anyway about the suggestion...i reckon that making it only usabl eby the person who wins it just makes the game even more unballanced (yeah yeah, <female dog><Female dog><female dog> about the game being unbalanced yet again). Rather than a powerplayer with a million and five event items one time trading one of those items away one day, letting someone else have a chance of having them (even though they hardly ever trade outside their little circle of powerplayers because of *****ical prices on items), it would just be one player who wins all the events would have those items and would always have them. Making it like this is like what they did to alchemy items: taking away the recipe but leaving the items there, so that those with them had an even bigger advantage because noone else was ever going to be able to get the items. (Good job doing that btw, i always like to chuckle to myself about it sometimes

)
And more monsters sounds coolies, although you don't need new dungeons. The solution has only two words: KINGDOM DUNGEONS.
Also, having new elemental monsters for the sake of giving the resist items a purpose will only work if the dungeons have lots of different types of element in them. Say you had a ring with ghosthit+10 and death-10, and there are separate dungeons for separate elements. What do you do? You just go to the dungeon with ghosthit monsters in it, making the death-10 completely pointless.
