Feel free to supply ideas to the present EMs, and you should rather post it in the events forum. Also, there can be events withour rping, as well as rping without events...

Certainly - but if you have an event, hosted by an EM, why not give out some prizes? I don't mean any strong gloves or shields or such, there's enough "low" to select from - diamonds, improvement potions, maps, cubes, bags of holding, summon avatar, restoration, such stuff... You don't need an event to rp, and if there's an EM involved, prizes would be nice.

Sad to say, i've seem for some of the events that have happened in Zormite lately, some people have been like "oh, i have that already" or "Oh, i dont need that right now" and not taken part in the event. These events weren't RP events though, so i'll shoosh
