Poison wepons

here's another idea... there should be a skill out there called "apply poison" which you could use, in conjunction with a glok poison gland (rare, maybe even lordish) and make your weapons deal poison damage... of course, this would be a little overpowering, so make it that you could, on occasion, mess up.. either destroying the gland, the poison not staying applied to the wep (in other words, it'd be poisoned for a while, then stop), and the granddaddy of them all, you accidentaly cut yourself and the poison gets into you! this skill would make a semi-great addition to the graal community...

completely blowing me out of the water is not tolerated...

as my character would instantly discover the isotope, create a radiation cannon and melt you into a green puddle of goop

There should be smithing to aplly elemental damage to weapons, but it would require alot

No and no but what I would like to see is Ogma followers totally immune poison like bile is to diseases and dianceht is to blind ;x

There have been suggestions to apply elemental damage to weapons using gems - and a lot of them. Maybe extra scrolls, like improved fire damage, which would require a slot and the number of slots the weapon has squared in rubys, or something...
