ok first i'm not going to lie and say that there aren't some problems with ET, but destroying it isn't going to make any progress. a large portion of the problem is the administration.. too many people not qualified for the job are hired. members should know how to act properly, especially when wearing, i'll sum that up with no newbies. additionally hired ETs should have money to host these events, a poor ET is a useless ET. and despite what MANY people think we dont get paid really.. i get minor pay and host about 5x that in events. I think hired ET should be trained as well, every ET i know that was hired was just given the tag.. they weren't told anything about the different events, or handle situations. ok comming back to what i said in the beginning... the problem is the administration and i dont think hiring someone w/out any experience, no matter how much of an "oldbie" they are is going to help, i think the admin should be the choice of the graalians. Not a poll on the forum.. not some RC massing a poll.. those dont accuratly represent the opinions of graalians at all, my suggestion is to use the auto-news message(the one that opens when u connect to a server) and have a poll on that over the course of about 3 days, there are obviously problems with everybody, but it should be the decision of the graalians.. and if the new administration doesn't work, have that person removed and start again. also i think there should be ONE admin, not 2, or if there is going to be 2 those people should pair up and appear together in the poll, as a team. that way we dont have problems like we did with cloud/shadrock. these are some of the people who would make pretty good admins:

also remember that people are ALWAYS going to have some problem with ET.. some reason to complain. just make sure the complaints are valid, for instance, people say corrupt.. how are they corrupt? i mean unless they're using their admin abilities to in some way harm a player or something i dont c how they're corrupt.

No no no no and never, we dont need ET and theres already a ET thread.
If players run events it will be alot better cause less curroption among players etc etc etc...
The less staff on new main, the better.

The only problems that came from ET were from Cloud Strife "dude"...I rarely hired/fired anyonre cuz whoever I hired Cloud Strife would fire the same day. He would also blame it on me when he took someones tag away. You dont even know me and I never heard of you in ET til now....this is a stupid post ET should be deleted like 1/10 of the posts on this forum are about ET!
