Val has done it again...Sunk to a new low...I had my name as gimmie some money and this guy tells me.."im reporting you to a classic PWA and your gonna get global ban because of an inapproriaate name" so im like kthxbai and i left that horrid place

Yeah, judge it by the crappy levels, stolen graphics and sounds, and horrible laggy combat system.

If you dislike a server, don't play. From the looks of the server-list as of recent, you have quite a lit to choose from. Crying about it gets you nowhere really, especially on a public forum.

Dont play there. Simple. They enforce their rules so much, just dont break them. You either have a nickname or nickname -OOC-. Fed up of all these petty arguments!

While I dislike RP Rules, they choose to enforce the rules.

Actually, I was on when Val was doing their item system and the combat system. Personally, I think it's quite nice and I was impressed by the effort put into that. But I don't really play servers anymore, all I do is script and fix problems... so I don't really know how well it is interacting with others in the game or the levels and such. But I do know that their was a good deal of effort put into it, and I think that their combat system is very nice. But then, when I was on there were not 100+ people on, only like 15 (all staff)... but perhaps it's not so much the fact that the combat system is laggy, as the server it was on is not intended for that many people... Stefan has had to upgrade unholynations computer a few times... So perhaps Val just needs an upgrade? I don't know, I may get on l8er and look. I remember seeing a VERY large amount of lag in their Control-NPC and I was going to kill someone when I found out who did it...

Is Val finally enforcing their name system again? Good...I think I'll check it out some time. It would be nice if that GK template which has been spoken about is released, and Val is convinced into using it. GK's game + Val's RP system = the closest thing to my Graal heaven.

They enforce it only when they feel like picking on people. I've seen people use FF names and no one cared for a long time yet when someone has Chester the Pickle as their name they get all *****y at them. ;\
