Everything seems way to spread out. Looks like you spread out the bushes and other stuff to make it look filled. And you dont have enough detail. (For my tastes.) Its not much easier to walk around because of the bushes and others.

It's okay if you're starting out. First of all, the pathgen is good when used correctly, and if you have gone over the paths tile by tile, but that hasn't been done in this case.
Also, the rock on the clifftop is completely out of place. The corner of the rock is going into the dirt on the edge, and since there isn't a proper tile or graphic, you have grass in dirt - that is misplaced.

That's all that I spent any time looking at.
