Angry New way of scamming

Greetings!

I think its a new way of scamming =/

I just wanted to trade a my plat against a literacy scroll

Oke.. safe trade = too much taxes, so we went to the blacksmith in bomboria.. after some minuits talking about scamming and so on we said: half/half

he dropped the scroll, i droped 125 plat of 250... i said go.. he too.. so i went to the scroll but on the half of the way he hadnt moved.. (i was faster) and i was a bit confused
SUDDENLY a guy came out of nowhere (i think he just went online) at my side (strange - the guy pointed this first as my corner) and the guy who just came out there (nickname = ".") took my money and went offline, then the other guy took his scroll and ran to me saying = "you want to scam me with your friend there!!" and then he went offline too..
now i am waiting for them to come online.. i dont know there accountnames exactly but if i see them i will remember it..
I think this is a new way, if not, then i just want to help ppl to avoid this... just trust ppl of kingdoms or friends and avoid people with strange nicknames and choose the room by yourself!

When someone logs on or off, the text 'so and so entered/left the game' appears on the right text thingy, so you should be able to see the account name of the scammers.

Don't act as if you are the master of thieves and created all the scams.
People have been doing this before you, but not as much as you.

Safe trading is the only sure way of haveing a scam-free trade. But the taxes are too high, and it sucks x.x

-_-

If people put their stuff onto the ground and then run away from it, they deserve to lose it.

Scamming continues because:
1. Tax to use a trade window exists... no one likes taxes... so no one likes the trade window.
2. Can't trade item(s) for item(s) in trade window...

i made this way several times before and it worked well, but how you can know that someone will spawn at YOUR corner and take your money when you are a bit away..

You put your items on the ground and walked away from them. OBVIOUSLY this implies a certain amount of risk, especially given the maturity of the average Graal player.

Making a trade system like they use in Diablo 2 would be more suited to Graal Kingdoms.
That way we can just put everything we want to trade in the window (items and money) then both players agree to it.
Tax should still be added on trades though.
It helps to get money off the server.
