ET Money problem

Instead of giving out money.....

Make it so when the ET is starting a game he is given by a NPC the amount of money that, That event usualy goes for......

So we wont need a ET Admin

problem with that is that the ET's can just start the game and then woosh! they got free money
they could just be starting it to get money for themselves
