Banned Accounts

I suppose you cant do this, and it would be very useful if you could: IN RC Account view....

banlevel>0 = View All Not Banned
banlevel>1 = View All Banned

wouldn't it make more sense for:
0 = Not Banned
1 = Banned
2 = IP Banned
3 = Global Banned
4 = Global IP Banned

account view...not local view...The "banned" that you can see in account files (/openacc accountname) is "global"

that doesnt make any sense,

=0 would be all not banned
