I think you need to focus on eliminating some tile errors, I spotted some big ones.
Your pretty new to level editing, so just keep making levels and you'll get better as each one is made.

Bottom left bit looks like bit of UN, Try not to make things that we have seen. I know at level building start you dont know what to do that much. Well actually you get lots of ideas but it turns out not as you imagined, But if we have seen something before like that bottom left water part then it makes people give you less marks.

wooooh, this guys cool because he just takes criticism...someone gave him a 1.5/10 and he was like "OOH, thank you for the idea" thats nifty. But yesh...some useless stuff, some tile errors, and much less detailing then what would be nice. Just work on it, let ideas flow, study the tileset, and you'll be makin ubber 1337 lebels in no time.
