How about boats have a lower deck and there would be stairs in the middle of the boat , you can just relax there while the captain rows the boat to where ever...

sounds nice for roleplay purposes, and maybe have somethign down there..that will tempt people to be down there, and be off guard for battle =P heh

We could have it so you can upgrade your boat, or simply different boats.

Like the standard sailing ships, maybe merchant ships with a hull and lots of speed but no weapons, and a battle ship with many weapons and a hull.

That would be awesome to go down in the boat and have some barracks and a supply room( food and wood and water and ammo) for like long sea battles and they can hold large amounts of people......also i tihnk the pirate ships should have ropes or sumtin to jump from ship to ship!

idea already in development.
the thing is that there needs to be a way to link levels and npcs, that move. a lot. also, you should be able to hire npc crew..that could partially make up for the lack of players on 2k1 to fill one kingdom, let alone 5.

ALSO: Make it easier to like build a boat, and LOCK it up somewhere so i don't have to make a new one EVERYTIME

Its already rather easy to make a boat.
But if there was locked boats all over the place then no place to dock

but I do want to have kingdom members with speical right to beable to lock/unlock boats (on their island only)
