Market?

Will there ever be a 2002 market?
Or anyway to make one?

It would be nice to see some sort of market square in a town but only certain people should be allowed to set up a market.
A required skill should be needed to set it up.

you wouldnt need a required skill you dont need skills for everything...
this is just gonna be a market... you dont get any XP for it either its just trading everyone can do that unless theyre head is cut off and hands

Really you would. Do you see some random Hobo start a business and surpass Microsoft? They dont have the skills in Economics to do that. So in order to use a Market stand you'll need the skill of Economics.

its not necessarly like a stock market its just putting a item leaving it there and wait will someone buys it

That's right. There is already sort of a built-in Economics skill, anyway: how well the player RPs as a salesman. I mean, you're RPing your way along and you see two salesmen, both selling food. Are you going to buy from the guy who stands there with his nick set to "Selling Bread", or from the guy who RPs by saying "Getcha bread here! Fresh hot bread!" etc?

I believe that in order to run a market that some sort of skill in Personality section should be required. Maybe the higher your personality the more flexible you can make your market..maybe more slots or at a certain level you can set up shop outside of towns.

Also please have designated spots where a market could be set up because i dont want people blocking doors with them...Just have like discolored rectangular areas in towns and have a few scattered in dungeons that are out of the way of harm and out of the way of adventurers (like in the first room of the house dungeons those would be perfect)

I'm actually working on one right now. I plan to have it done sometime this week. I have some homework and such, so I do not know how much time I can spend on it. I already have part of it setup right now. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
