Making foolish financial decisions is not proof that he has a stolen paypal account.

Even if it was why should he be punished for something not related to Graal? It's like saying Player X smokes crack therefore he should have his account banned.

Or like me saying "Porky has a new car, and there is no way someone like him could ever get a good job. Therefore that is evidence he stole that car and should be banned from Graal".
