Possible ideas for a new server.

I'm bored with all of the servers that are currently up, and I've decided(after years of playing other people's servers) that I want to make my own.

This server will be half PKers paradise, half hangout server. I'm tired of the pointless fluff and boring storylines. I want classes and npcs, to me that's what makes servers fun.

I haven't thought of a name yet, but the main features I'm planning are:

Classes: There are so many different types I can think of. Casters, psychics, brawlers, swordsmen, archers, etc. With no storylines the number of classes can be endless. I want class specific npcs, so the class you choose can have special things that stand out from the other classes. That will give each class a different style of play. I also want players to be able to switch their class at any time, the only thing that will be reset is the class stats(like if you were a mage with high int, the int would change to your new classes starter int) and class npcs.

Customization: I want players to have a wide range of npcs to choose from to customize their characters. I think if the number of abilites a player can choose at any one time is limited to around 8, then you can set your own play style to suit you.

Stats: I want their to be stats so the more players or monsters you kill, the stronger you get. I also want their to be training centers, where you can practice your skills and become better at them. Like if an archer practiced on the targets, their shooting range will grow.

AP: Must disable it. :grrr:

Cool Npcs that don't do anything: I think it would be cool to have some npcs that just make flashy effects around you, even if they don't do any damage.

Healing: I want healers to be included in the game, for fun.

Houses: Houses that can be bought instantly would save everyone alot of time. The house would be yours as long as you have the key in your inventory. The same with apartments, they would be cheaper, but would cost rent.

Pets: I want pets that only fight for you. No feeding, talking, or happy foo foo crap. They'll last around 15 minutes or until they die, then you just summon some more. 2-5 at one time...something like that.

Transformations: Some classes should be able to transform into more powerful forms.

If you don't want to PK, that's fine too. I don't want a bunch of useless buildings with no content. I want one jumbo hangout area where you can chat it up if you want, and lvl yourself without dying in the training area. There will be no stat loss, etc. You do get stats and money for PKing, but it won't come from the actual players...it'll just drop where they died.

All player ideas will be considered. I will make sure that a voting system will be added, so a player can make a poll on something. Then other players can view the polls and vote accordingly. If over 50% of the players vote for it to be added, it'll be worked on as soon as possible.

I need alot of staff to make this work. I DO NOT want a crappy server, there are more than enough of them. Hopefully if we can make this a private server, we can test it and make it work perfectly before opening. I also need testers who are willing to test, so even if you can't do anything towards world creation, you can still help out.

NPCs Team

Ganis Team(can also be a part of the NPCs Team)

Content Managers(Come up with ideas, and create systems that will be used in game. IE: The class system)

I'll also need people who are good enough to teach other people who want to help, but need more skill. It's better than turning alot of people down, anyone can do it with practice.

I really want this to be fun, and just for the players.
