Graal 2001

What I would like to see on Graal2001.

1) Remove the HP System.
2) Bring back PKing for Gralat.
3) Remove some of the anti scaming.
4) The new bomy gen to hurry up or bring back gen2
5) Remove the morpher it makes it pointless to pick races at the begining and things being seperate for bomy/human
6)New hats stop restocking old ones.
7) Diffrent Kinds of Jobs. Instead of just using D why dont u make it combinations like DAD or DDAADD or something.. Get creative.
8)Stop Neglecting 2k1.
9) The managers to show up more.. And work harder.

I want peoples views on these things. I know I here Stefan says No about HP System. But I am sure if we got enough votes on geting rid of it that he would relize that no body likes it besides a certain few and he would get rid of it.

1) Can't do that; Stefan's authority is greater than mine. We already had a number of polls with almost a hundred votes a piece; no go.
2) Uh, it's already back, last I checked.
3) Why? So some people can be miserable again?
4) Gen3 stays until gen4 is finished or we (staff) as a collective make the decision to simply optimize the gen2 script.

7) There are more jobs in progress, they're just moving a bit slowly.
8) We're not, you should stop being a jerk.
9) See above; you need to learn what a Manager does before you bash Rabid and I.

Hats being free? Hats are/were half the fun of 2k1. Trading hats with other people, attempting to collect them, buying and selling them. It was great, becuase it was a great way to make easy money. Buy low, sell high. But making them free? I have this to say, Kamuii. :O

Rather some jobs where you have to do something different, and not pressing key combinations. I think cow melking was quite innovative, and if I wasn't so lazy, I would work on Deliveries.

Especially with the bringing back Gen2

Bomys aren't good unless they're lying around every level, occassionally getting up to wander. Also, the programmable bomys was brilliant fun.

Yeah, but as it's been said, it caused tons of database NPC lag.

That's why gen3 was made. Which is exactly why I'm trying to get staff working on gen4 again, which would essentially be the best features of gen3 (pretty much riding, low dbNPC lag and the graphical interface) with all the great stuff of gen2, like programmability, etc...

graal is a shitty programmed game
if stefan can't make a a game where a small userbase with painfully simple little virtual pets exists relatively lag free, then he shouldn't make any money off the game

there are other online games that thousands of people play at once
if g2k1, which has like 40 players can't have simple programmable bomys that walk around or even just sit there, then that's sad and so is graal

Just an idiot's input, might it be because not all graphics are installed immediately like on those other games? Those other games are like....gigabytes in size, graal is maybe 300 mb with all the webgifs and stuff, maybe if some things were like programmed to run off the game that is installed on the computer, instead of off the server, they would work better?

there are better things you can do with pets
