omfg, dude i was kidding around with you,dear lord, yea you get levels accesss for being a developer because they work on the new overworld? and tifa doesnt have to be good at levels or npcs to run a server, and do a good job at that. Anyways your not even suppose to be on RC.

Most developers get level 4 rc nc and ftp!

I have it on good authority from a playerworld admin that developers do not get lvl 4 rc.
Only owners do.

SingleChance was hired a week ago.Lvl 4 Rc? I think not.And access to levels is earned by trust not given blindly.

Perhaps youd like to look at the lats rights.They have access to an upload and download folder, not lvl 4 rc and not levels.They earn the right to have access to levels folders.

#1 a Developer *developes* new ideas, and plans them out
#2 developers *develope* new npcs and that like.
ect ect ect
as tifa said. you was hired a week ago.
it took me 4 months to get Levels access.
and you want it from get go? you earn not get handed to you

Trust is earned no gaven.
And i agree. it sounds as if your power hungry

and i have never seen any developer with lv 4 RC lol
the only other staff that i have heard of having RC is high Admins
and that dont go DD either. Tifa is the only one who has it

alright lemme try and clarify things...lat's have ftp becuz they need ftp, thats their job...we decided long ago, befoer i was even levels admin, that we would give the levels team ftp simply becuz its thousands of times easier then getting levels through aim, email, etc. Which it is, work gets done in a tenth of the time this way. Developers do NOT get lvl 4 rc, tifa has lvl 4 rc and thats it. LAT's get lvl 1 rc with limited ftp...whoopdie doo thats quite a deal huh? and yes, trust and respect are earned...when Saithe was still a reg. lat he was a damn good one and a good freind, so i gave him full ftp so he could work, and he did a damn good job on it. That's how you gain power, by proving you can deal with the responsibility and not be corrupt. and Tifa is a DAMN good manager, her and av have both done wonders for DD in the past few months and I know it will stay that way. She doesnt need to know how to script, she has nat's for that. so shuuuuuuuut up.

exactly! not only does this make the lat's happy and keep them working at DD longer, but as i said before its 10,000,000,000 times easier.

lol.....when i was Levels Team Past Austin had level 4 rc and he was NPC Admin......But I would say its mainly trust.....not what spot your are....

whew neg, thats OLD SKOOL...but ya, hes a developer, nothing he makes goes up immediately, and needs to be approved by the manager...so theres no need for developers to have ftp.

Many owners have made that stupid mistake on giving FTP to staff that they dont know, i think it was Sanstrata, awhile back, they gave FTP to a hacker...before they knew it, all the levels were deleted. Tifa's a smart owner, she only gives FTP to the people that she trust's....and thats how all owners should be like

you guys dont happen to remember when we gave rc's to EVERYONE, cept trainees/cadets. It was horrible...it was kinda nice cuz we could have staff meetings but there would be 4 staff on with 4 rc's and that just looks bad...it wasent good...the least rc's and ftp's the better. Just enough that stuff can get done.

lol dont ever talk to me like that, my levels own yours 300 times over and my staff skills own yours many more times...you have a knack for starting ****. Everytime i come on RC your starting ****, i come on the forums, your starting ****...thats not smart and its not good...perhaps you should crawl into a hole where no one hasta look at you.
