They should make it so if you don't touch a bed you appear back at the beach where you start.

That's not a bug.

If you just start and you die, it's better to start over then to continue with lesser status points then everyone else.

When people first start they may not know what just happened... just go to a bed after starting, it's not that hard

Theres a bed in the second house to the right of the starting beach.
Takes 5 seconds to get to. Just stay away from PKers cause they like to hang around near all the beds....
