I registered Panda as a guild, and two other people did after I did, and now it says I'm not the leader, I am the true owner of Panda.. Can someone fix it, or what should I do?

I was on Delteria looking for members, then when I had 10, I came to make it, and it said this.

According to what you wrote there, you tried to create the guild, and noticed that someone alse already created it. Even if you are the leader of Panda guild in another PW, it doesn't give you the right over the global guild ;p

well it turns out one of my members registered it first, so he has Admin abilities, so he made me a leader and we are recruiting and stuff, but, he doesnt know how to make me the admin and switch him to leader, so what do we do? And when will the stinking GuildCP be fixed so that tags work
