New Tilesets need NPC Server?
I was told you need an NPC Server to use different/more than one tilesets on a server is this true?

don't think so, just use tiledefs

i think it depends on if you just redrew the tiles or if you like made a rock in the water and want it to block...

Jagen and Squeaker are right. You don't really need an npcserver for it, using tiledefs will most likely work.
