Hiring GFX for Mithica.

As ive just been premoted to GFX Admin from GFX Chief on Mithica.

Ive come to the decision that we need more GFX Team and maybe GFX Captain and also GFX Chief.

I have put together a Test to c who is best ect.
If u are intrested Email: [email protected]
With your Best GFX they HAVE to be Graal GFX.
If i like them i will first do a copyright check on them then I will set u a test.
If u pass the test good i will give u a short interview and if i like you you will be hired

(Please No mithica abuse in this thread).

If you are rubbish at GFX or if u are just a beginner pls dont try out unless u r 100% Certain u think you could make it.

GFX people arnt that important, why do you need ranks like Admin, Chief and Captain? GFX chief and the GFX ppl are plenty.

You can't say Mithica is "stupid" because you have yet to see the updates of Mithica or what's to come in the futur.

Mithica needs LOTS of work, alot of places do, anyone else notice that like EVERY pw is scrammbling for players in anyway they can since the p2p thing?

I beg to differ I think GFX people are the most important next to Nats without GFX you cant have anything original

GFX are very important, nobody would want to play a server that looked like crap. This is also another reason why custom tilesets are so important now.

However, I do agree with you on your other point...All that is really needed is an Admin and then a big team of regulars.

Well, you people that think Mithica is stupid. You are very wrong. "Holycarps" Version of Mithica sucks, we are deleting that soon, and we are adding a events island and hiring some temp Ets to host events to keep the players content while we work.

The "Mithica: A New Beginning" server well be mideval style, NO GFX at all will be used from other servers, we are making our own, even every season for the tile set. I'm not explaining everything again, since I did it 34699990 threads

But the again you say Mithica needs lots of work when u play Enigma Graal. How much swearing, illegal gfx ect does that server want

I think they should have an Admin and Assistant Admin, that way we know who the next admin is.
