stamina does not increase

it drains and stays at 0

It also drains too fast @.o i took like 4 steps and it was near empty

It refills for me you have to stand still for it to refill. Also it drains faster depending upon what you're running up such as if you're running up a mountain or through a forest.

At least thats my observation.

And you are correct. That is what it is supposed to do. Or so i've gathered.

Although it doesn't work for everyone.
