Woohoo, ghost thingies can PM again! Does that mean there will be a PM limit even if the person got PMed by someone else? I don't believe there is anything like that now, and people will be pissed off again if they are restricted more heavily in that regard.

Trial Members should automatically be in the guild (Trial). And does this mean that they'll be able to send one message to non-trial players per minute, or one reply per minute?

I guess we'll just wait and see
