Banning Improvment!

Well, I have always had a problem with this, Staff forgeting too unban players when their time is up, take a look at this, im not that good at editing things, but I'm mananging to get my point across...
After you look at the picture, you will understand what I mean...
Now, you set the date, an time, and it will automatically unban that player, im not sure how you can code this to work, or what time you will use to operate this, but its nice...
Mabey you can just set how many hrs or days he will be banned, and it will set a timer or something...

That is a good idea, but instead of setting the date, have just the number of days and number of hours.

It would be more efficient, and have less errors entered by the user (say the staff accidentally sets it to 2004 or something).

Ok why dont you just get rid of the Year box (Cos as if) and changed banned to:

Ban Time> [TIME STUFF WITHOUT YEAR AS TOO LONG]
Then put Another tick box:
Life Time Ban [Tick Box] -Thats for ever

Hmm...if you have a new staff they must contact their administrator before jailing/banning a player. Read the Graal Rules my friend...Hehe.

With that you could also add something new to the rights, "Maximum allowed ban time" which would control how long that specific staff member could ban someone.

Banning is for punishment over 5 days, or for breaking the rules about trainers, sexual harasnment, or exploiting illegal sites

you should add like a checkbox next to the ban time thing or whatever that says "perm. Ban"

Haha, a five minute ban.

Anyway, it isn't needed if the server has a team of responsible people who record these things(hah).

Number of days to be banned would be the best, leave it blank for lifeimte^-^

banning, like I said.... is for punishment over a week, so you should just have 1 week, 2 week, 3 week, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month, 4 month, 5 month, then perm. ban!

Ah yes, more stuff that would be better off automated.

Too few people put antihacker tools in their programs, because they believe their programs to be unhackable. They forget something crucial: Our script kiddies have no lives and nothing better to do than ruin my work. =_=

Hehe, I usually ban people for 5 days or forever :O So I hardly ever forget about them, if I do, its their problem, they should of e-mailed me o.O

Heh, I think if you got banned you're stupid x.X I like Stefan's idea, but also perhaps something that has a radio button to choose a default time or a Days and/or Hours you can put in, but good idea.

he was account manager (or somethin like that) i think about 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 years ago (i might be wrong since I dont remember the exact time of his 'reign')
