Card System (also in Graphic Design)
Hey there, i am making a card system thing on Enigma, i wanna make so like you can scroll through your cards like hats and they show up over your head so you can show your friends the cards you got. But, all my scripting friends arnt online right now, so i was wondering if anyone was willing to help.

I have an auction house made and put up, so i wanna make like higher level cards are worth more, and the diff. items make the card worth more money, or makes it rarer. Im only putting that Ice card on the server once, so it will be one of a kind, whoever has that is worth alot of money. Lol. well my aim is UnseenOiScouts if your willing to help any.

use somesthing like a string list to save the name and image...

What is with you guys? Inventory?! Ow! Use string arrays, its more simple, you can have client.cardnames = "","","",...; and client.cardimages = "","","",...;. A big problem is what he said, he said that he wants you to be able to show them to your friends, now with the hat tool, you cannot show them to anyone but yourself (clientside), so if he wanted to do that, he would have to actually make sure that there were no more than 440 images, well what I mean is that all indexes 0-440 are not used, on it or the images would start going clientside, and that would only display them on the creator's client...However, it would be possible to like make it so you could put a table in front of you and like sell them, or display them, I guess if you used putnpc. But you want to display them in an elipse?

i aint talking about the inventory on the left hand side of the screen, for anybody that has ever played Ultima Online i am talking about the bad you keep your items in

Not orginal Me and Ultima made one months ago and the scrolling n stuff is already done : P we never work on it
I do the Gfxs he scripts it,So it aint Orginal sorry.

dont use the hard coded inventory system, it isnt very reliable and doesnt work very well

Yeah, the toweapons Area/Name;? thats not as good as making your own. I don't like that, its ugly...

LOL months ago, lol. Heehe, just to prove that there is no original, about 9-12 months ago, I got 90% of a card system done for Doomsday, and it has a whole bunch of stuff, it was before graal 2.1...way before, woah, that was a freiking long time ago...
