Account Resets

Will someone please tell me why BanditDo or WeirdmanI9 didn't get reset? Everyone is going around, complaining that they got their account reset, and I'm the only one who hasn't? Why? I downloaded 2.03, no account reset for me! Maybe you all just reset your account for some big scheme. I wonder...

no disrupting events or role plays
no stealing rocks
Don't pk with your tag on. I preffer you not pk at all, but you can
do what you want on your own time.
Jailing for these offenses are 30 minutes, and if a problem
persists add more time to the players sentance

those were add on rules, there are still the basic rules like "no constant pking"

just because there is a new chief does not mean the rules change, unless approved by stefan ofcourse. mind you, i am on your side, but it would be wrong of you to enforce rules not approved by stefan yet. like i have said numerous times, there needs to be an outlined constitution for graal. the current set of rules is extremely vague and calls for many loopholes.
