A guilds admin should really be able to fix it when it's down. I haven't really seen make any movements to have it fixed or fix it. It's been doing worse than it was when Bhala had it.

His job is to accept/reject guilds, thats what he does. Bhala is making a new guild system, its not Poizon's fault the current guild system isnt working right.
