Shaded Legends, Hiring LAT's

Ok this isnt the way id chose to find my LAT's, but lately it seems we've come on a short short supply of good, hard working LAT's. Current situation:

LAT's: 3 (That never come on and do very little)

LAT Captain: 1 (Thats very good at his job and works hard, but too temperimental to be LAT Chief)

We have an opening for 7 LAT's, 1 LAT Asst Chief and 1 LAT Chief.

If your interested email me with examples of your best work, hours you could spend online (daily). Also specifiy if your really good, or really bad at a certain thing. (Such as some people are great with outside houses but suck with the lava tile set.)

I would go for LAT there, but when I sent my last applation, the guy said, you suck o.O My level was the best though, it was.... all Green and stuff :o
