On 2k2 ghosts should be allowed to join the chatroom still because I wanted to contact gs or deathchill but I have no way of talking on ghost mode. Please death or gs either contact me or allow the chat.

Probably because if they changed the npc script for it it would change on all servers because the NPC server are linked. AND I DONT CARE ABOUT PUNCUATION!
