About Nastazio and rocks

Ok, two people walked up to me and just kept stealing rocks. One of which was Flameus (Events Team) and the other was ubernoob. Ubernoob took 2 rocks and flameus 1. I had a witness there, Nastazio came and said "Sorry it's not illegal" and left. Then I said it was illegal and he sent me this pm.

Note:I bleeped out the word because it's illegal on forums but he did say it.

You can all belive him, but i am here to tell you i did not say that, i told him that i knew the rules. I didn't swear, im not that dumb.

He is complaining because someone took his rocks, the rule is, if you attack a player while mining, it is illigal, if you take the rock, but don't slash him then it is fine. Don't blame me for doing my job.
