supposed to fill in when you change someone's account. That box is for the
reasons why you changed that account. "Cheating" is not a very good
description. When you are arrested, they dont file you under "breaking the
law" they have organization, like "rape, theft, Grand Theft Auto"....so do the
three of us a favor, and unban uSmAd
