Accounts being hacked!

This post is meant for stefan and unixmad. I'll get right ot the point. I used to see people sending masses all the time saying " someone donate 1 gralat, my account has been hacked i lost everything." I never thought it would happen to me. I purchased my p2p account and started playing graal2001 one month ago. But 2 days after i got a black shogun I logged on to graal2001 and I was asked once again to choose bomy or human. My account had been reset and all my stuff was gone. I pm'd any staff member that would listen and none of them said they could help me. I have a question, Who can help me? is there anyone who can help me at all? I often wonder that. Who runs graal? the hackers? or the staff? This seems to be my only chance at getting any help. I have to put stefan on the spot and ask him my self. What can you do stefan? what can you do about the accounts that are hacked every single day? is it just part of the game? what can you do about the accounts that are registered everyday with stolen credit card numbers? Anything? Why would anyone want to play a game where hackers will take away everything you get? Why would they want to pay to play a game like that? I love to play graal, i've been playing for a few months now. But it doesnt seem worth while when things like this happen. So tell me, tell the many people who's accounts have been hacked. What can be done? anything?

Sorry but we cannot do much about protecting your
own computer, you need to install firewalls and
virus scanners if you download&run exes.

We can help you getting your account/password back
and items if there is a secure log for them (like
bomy trading), but not more, since anyone could
say his account got hacked and want some gralats.

yea umm...i had 42 accounts on umm bral(sp?) and umm I was on a userworld and people hit me with a sword and it gave them like my umm password. I spent my own paypals on those! Please give me 42 accounts in exchange or im gonna sue you guys

Graal dont have problems on security, then the hackers only got your pass by your computer.
Did anyone noticed that mass msg about a web site for downloading programs to help on jobs?
i got that message. maybe i still have it on log.
it said i can get a program to keep pressing D, a lot of jobs use D button.
another saying you can send mass messages one per one, then they can't ignore.

well, i am curious, then downloaded and scanned the EXE files before running, my norton anti-virus updated found trojans on the files.
then i didn't executed it... i just deleted the files, also i use firewall.

Do not accept any program that say will help you on graal if it is not on graal website.
always use anti-viruses and a firewall.

yes, it is possible.
since you have infected by trojan the "lammers" can connect to your computer and get the pass from the windows registry.
it is encripted, but they edit they own computer registry(windows)
and add it, when they open graal they will have your account listed with the pass typed in it.
then they can connect on graal2001 and ask an RC for reset, or give all items to they own account before doing it.

and if they are more curious they can use a program like 'Revelation' and read the pass from graal(ps: on graal it show ****)

If the true owner of the account is determined, they can ask an admin to check the RC logs for when a certain item was given out last, and then they can see who the items were given to =)
In the end, they will get caught... if the admins are willing to help.

well, i never got a chance to work on NPC Server, i dont know how is its log.

whatever, any staff from graal2001 dont listen me.

Stefan, its good to hear that there are logs you can look at. Do these logs record black shogun trading? that was my most valuable item. Thats the only one i really care about. You can check my account, it was hacked. (I havent pent 80 or 90 something hours on graal without making my own gralats) I do run Norton anti virus software and update the virus definitions often. Thanks for your help and your reply.

Why didn't you get my bomy back when I asked you too in July-August? BAH! I WANT MY BOMY BACK! Nephi 0 (Craig has it right now I believe)
