I think that the Emperor of Samurai(or any other nation for that matter) should be able to make their lands pkzones or nopkzones so we can actually have fun wars. Stefan, if you read this, just try this idea for like a week to see if it works.

banishing would be as bad as Dustari's gate system, I think that we should have to forcefully beat them out, and when they die the will regen at the beginning of Santterrin

I didn't say how to banish them... besides, even in its worst form banishment would be better than gates.
