Which street tiles?

So, look at the attached images, and tell me what you think. If you see any tile errors in level, just ignore those, as those are from testing different tile. Which do you like better, the darker or lighter?

I fail to see much of a difference...maybe it's my screen's resolution or something. The ones on the right look more oily/yellowish or something, so i'll have to go with the ones on the left.

it's a pretty large difference. The left one is very dark

Only problem is that the bullets may blend with the street so you don't see them coming.

dark looks cooler but it would be hard to spot bullets, especially for poor people with terrible pcs..so don't make it dark unless u want less ppl to pk than atm xD and that's not easy to achieve

Darker should make it easier to spot bullets, no? Since they have a light grayish color to them.

I'd say take the base color from the right one, but make the stripes as bright as in the left one, and you're good to go.

Which makes them very visible on dark backgrounds.

hmm yeah maybe ull see the bullet coming at u but not exactly where the core is, plus consider how this could become when there r 3-4 ppl shooting at u from diff sides..it'd make dodging harder imo

Dodging is what you do when you know you're gonna die.
Just edit your bullet ganis to a bright color if you have such a major problem seeing them.

The left looks better, however I would like it better if there was a sort of middle/blended choice, as the right one has some texture and the left is flat.

The dark one looks like they just paved the road, so go with the right one...but perhaps with a brighter shade for the cross walk and stripes

I actually like the darker one (a lot more)...I feel like it looks clean and defining. I'm going to be one of the people that say "pick an in between" cause I'd like to see the darker road but perhaps not as dark as it is now.

Let's just keep it simple, I like the darker road tiles (personally), but they should be lighter than they are.

It was for the development server, we decided to go with the lighter tiles. You'll see the change soon enough on main
