I've seen some of what's going to be sold in the gang point shop on Era Dev, and they seem kind of bland.
So here are some things I think should be added to it:
Week-long licenses for old and new gang weapons.
A lot of old gang weapons we untaglocked, so that leaves us with:
Old Gang Weapons:
-DC-9
-Adv Black Holster
-RR12
-M32
-Scorpion
-Para Tactical
-Katana
(probably forgetting some.)
New Gang Weapons:
I haven't thought of any, but they should be more interesting than the standard 20 damage gun. That's what the old gang weapons are for.
I kind of like the idea of having a Taser

Faster Point Capture.
Your gang would capture gang bases faster than normal
for a week.

Tracers.
Your gang members' bullets would leave trails to make it easy to differentiate
for a week.

Double Damage To Doors.
Self-explanatory.
Would last a week.

Heal 15 Health Per Tick in Gang Base Beds.
Self-explanatory.
Would last a week.

Of course they could have catchy names when they're actually displayed in the point shop, since "Heal 15 Health Per Tick in Gang Base Beds" doesn't exactly roll off the tongue.
And they would all last a week to keep people raiding if they want to keep their guns/bonuses.
