There are monsters in every one of the dungeons, Samurai, Zormite, Dustari and CP's personal dungeons.

Zormite has low level training, Samurai has high level training. All of the dungeons have previously map-exclusive monsters in them. They re-spawn pretty quickly too.

Very nice to see these areas put to good use at last! Thought not exactly what i had expected, i would have thought there would be an abundance of the monsters for each dungeon, from what i had found so far there's one or two places with 3 to 5 of the stronger monsters and the rest is monsters you find in the upper dungeon.

Wondering if the server can take all these new monsters, I mean, it wasn't difficult to send the server into a grinding halt though monster spawns in the past.

You always get the exp of the skill that actually kills the monster, not matter if you readied another skill.
