Bushes/Shrubs

Did a bush/shrub that can be tiled in the tileset editor recently. Thought i'd post it up to gather some comments

Comes in summer, autumm, meadow,forest colours
Critique and Comment please, and no using without written permission

They don't look like bushes. They look more like counters. I wouldn't have guessed they were bushes if you haven't said it.

From left-to-right, they look like blocks of compressed (moss, thatch, turf, yard clippings).

Over all it looks more like some sort of personal shading/texture exercise.

They look really thick and really manicured. Which I mean, you might see out of a really expensive building. But honestly they need some more leaf definition.

This is why along with the texture. I think one of those look like my lounge and sofa color wise, especially the texture.

Well i believe i didn't quite give the right word for it. its a shrubbery thats well maintained. Something you see in city gardens.

Yeah they are supposed to be for a more city landscape. I'll work on the definition.

I agree with FallChild above, I also wonder how well this tiles together. But I do see more of a bush in this now than it was like before.
