Staff Complaints and Reporting Abuse

It is very important that you report any staff abuse or bad behavior you witness to myself or the other administrators, Chris/Squirt (but preferably me). If you are unsure about a particular staff member's duties, don't hesitate to ask, either. There are several ways to contact me, but in order to ensure that I receive your message, you can send me a forum PM or submit a ticket through the in-game support center.

Valid complaints will be taken seriously, however, you can always file a global support ticket if you feel that the issue isn't being handled properly.


That being said, feel free to share your opinions about the staff team on the forums in a mature manner (stressing the word 'mature'); I won't stop you. However, the minute you resort to personal attacks, or unsubstantiated claims (lies) trying to make a staff member look bad, I will intervene.

To the staff team: you don't have to respond to the attacks. Don't feel compelled to defend yourself because I'm sure the readers will be able to make informed decisions and decide for themselves what is true and what is not.
