Graal Messenger
I just made the newest version of Graal messenger. The main chat server is built in to it and i will also distribute the server program. Here is the client one.

Please give me feedback and errors

I can't connect either...

only 14 people have downloaded it so far... surely THAT would not cause it to crash? Do you need someone to host a server?

no its the server file itself. I found like 3 bugs in it. So it crashes after a certain amount of people. I will fix it and resend it out.

As an after thought. Stefan and Unixmad would probably answer more posts if people didn't see the need to insert the useless drivel into posts. Such as going completely off topic.

Was this made in Visual Basic? I need the Winsock control! The one on my computer won't work! Where did you get your Winsock control?

Ack. Don't use mswinsck.ocx - it's easier but it means everybody's gotta have the file and (as I discovered when coding Aedion) only half the PC population do. Use direct calls to Winsock instead.

=[ Oh well. I hate sending call's to Windows. The only thing I have ever succesfully done was change the name of the program's title. ie "My Computer" into "o.O"
