timevar

Can anyone tell me how to use the "timevar" stuff, I wanna make a clock but I've never used it =(

timevar goes up every 5 seconds it goes up 1...

i KNO it only goes up every 5 secs, and it works online only, but i DONT KNOW HOW TO SCRIPT something TO MAKE IT WORK, i need to make an hours system, its for a day/night script i made!
