Event Masters rights.

Alright; I'm going to make a serious post; i don't want any un-needed drama, so I'm not going to name the obvious abusers; anyone who plays Graal Kingdoms can see them do it.

But I've realized a LOT lately- not lately, for the past YEAR, that most Event Masters, (there are very few legit ones that don't do this

are all abusing there "Defend Bomboria" warp.

Now, practically -everyone- who plays Kingdoms have HAD to notice this, seeing a "defend bomboria" screen pop up and have your breath stop for a moment- AN EVENT ON KINGDOMS FOR ONCE! and then the warp drops, and you see an events master, off tag run into Bomb trade.

For someone who doesn't play kingdoms, Events Masters can set up a warp to Bomboria, to host a "summon monster / kill" event, for players to receive drops, ect. Now, in this perspective, they could say, run to Dustari, get an escort, teleport back to Bomboria, turn in the escort, get 50 diamonds; basically making the game MUCH easier for any EM, giving them an unfair advantage. But of course, this is a very situational warp, for many things, even though.. honestly, when was the last time a "Defend Bomboria" event was hosted?

Alright; now that I've gotten that out, a complaint is nothing without a simple fix, in my opinion a simple fix would be making there no "instant warp" events, or make a minimum of 3 people needed for an event.

Honestly though, why should we have to change the event system for some immature, abusive staff members?

Alright, now that's out of the way, i have another ... very, economically ruining bug which i have seen EM's using, yet i HAVE reported, but i had no proof; waiting untill i catch the right screen shot.

EM's can spawn escorts, and make them INSTANTLY spawn themselves a Increase Weapon Damage, or Enchant Armor, or hey, they want a new Gale Armor? They can spawn up 75 more EC's with the escort system. When there done spawning there 75 EC's, hell, they can just go ahead and spawn the 12 EA's to enchant it.
This has been going on for months. The conspiracy behind the Event Master's is a joke.

Trust me, if EM's could spawn IWDs there would actually be some around for once. You're uneducated at best.

Pretty critical of you, but as far as i know, when sky was toying with the escort system after an event,as far as i know you can spawn EA's, IWDs, and improve str, dex, con, ect. I talked to tig about it a month ago.

Well there's no way to really prove it unless you can catch someone. Other than that, It's all about trust at this point.

As far as I know only improvement potions, golden keys, event coins and iwds/eas can only be spawned from the escort quest but It might have changed by now.

Nah, it's still the same. Hence the reason the escort event is never used.

Well honestly, you have to think about the staff members who were punished in the past for abusing, like when you couldn't take damage on staff tag, and staff abused killing zombies, taking no damage- so Tig made it so the abusers took 10x damage for 2 weeks. If they'd abuse back then, why would they STILL be trusted with all of these rights?

I dont get where your going with this; so do you take back your first post? Thats what i meant from the beginning; using the escort **event, Event Masters can spawn those items.

My second post explained that you can not spawn IWD/EA/Bonus scrolls. Felix confirmed that. It's not a difficult concept to understand.

Only a very few staff members abused the tag in that instance and the punishment was more than enough for the offence. These staff members could still be trusted with rights because the nature of the abusing wasn't very bad and didn't do much damage to the server. I could be wrong but this is only my opinion on the subject.

Also this thread isn't about staff abusing and I would prefer if it would stay on topic.

I'm not going to argue this one, I'm not the guy with the list of Escort Prizes, but I'm sure for a -FACT- unless Tig fixed it when i told him about it, around a month ago, that you used to be able to spawn Enchant Armors with it. I won one in Sky's escort event; that's when i first realized it.

I think there are logs about escort events. The EM Admin should have RC to check event logs.

~99% sure Events Admin doesn't have an RC, but you make a qualified point, that if there is logs, tig could check them if they got to that point.

I am not familiar who have RC on GK. But on my opinion an Admin should have RC. I think one of his main duties it to control, to train, and add/remove staff. If it is not possible to do it without RC, he needs to have RC. Tig don't have so much time to do all these things, beside his other duties on the server and IRL.
